HR Buzz: At PIC a bridge is created between the employees & the boss by having an event called as “Coffee with the boss” which takes place once every quarter. During this event the employee sits with the senior who handles his/her appraisal & discusses the appraisal over a cup of cappuccino. The “Coffee with the boss” time enables you to air your development needs or talk about issues which usually would otherwise not be talked about. It’s also an opportunity to measure how people feel about the whole process. |
