Healthcare Informatics - Platforms
The platforms group in Philips Innovation Campus, Bangalore, delivers the generic components and platforms needed by all medical equipment, to the various business units.
The business units can re-use this underlying infrastructure platform as it is and they can concentrate on building the clinical applications. PMW (Philips Medical Workspot) is one such initiative which intends to build ready-to-use platforms which can be delivered to the various business units within medical systems.
