Philips Business Application Services

P-BAS has been set up to provide applications services to the different business groups such as Consumer Electronics, Corporate Technologies and Lighting within Philips. One of the major focus areas in this organization is to provide application services in the SAP domain. The services vary from application development projects, SAP rollouts, change management and managed operations support.

P-BAS, headquartered in Eindhoven, The Netherlands has a growth plan defined for the offshore group to build a team in India and support offshore development centers (ODCs). In India it is setup to facilitate growth plan for Philips IT. The objective of the group is support the Road to India strategy of Global Sourcing to ramp up to the requirements from business lines and service lines of Philips Business Application Services.

P-BAS F&A, IT and Logistics (FIL) Competence Center

P-BAS FIL Competence Center provides Enterprise Resource Planning services to Philips PDs and/or Philips partners. This is further classified into three sub groups Supply Chain Execution, Sales Management and FICO.

Technology: SAP R/3 FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, CRM etc.
