One of the major focus areas in this organization is to provide application services in the SAP domain. The services vary from application development projects, SAP rollouts, change management and managed operations support. IT Applications, headquartered in Eindhoven, The Netherlands has a growth plan defined for the offshore group to build a team in India and support offshore development centers (ODCs). In India it is setup to facilitate growth plan for Philips IT Applications. The objective of the group is support the 'Road to India' strategy of Global Sourcing to ramp up to the requirements from business lines and service lines of Philips IT Applications.
