The PIC-CL Hardware Group has come a long way since 1997. Today it is actively involved in providing complete hardware solutions for all the current projects in PIC-CL.

Constantly relooking at our policy to keep in line with the stated "Quality Mission and Policy" of PIC, thereby enabling our organization to realize its ultimate objectives.

Objectives:
Mirror the gamut of "customer hardware development environment" at CLS.

• To enhance the technical competence of all the people in the hardware department in their respective domain and being considered as a respected development partner in hardware to the "customer hardware design team".
• To deliver services in the form of hardware support to all projects across PIC CL always beyond the expectations of the project groups.

Strategy:
Proactive involvement with the customer organization on a continual basis in the entire hardware development cycle.

• Acquire training on relevant hardware platform from the customer organization.
• Adopt innovative methods of working with hardware and suggest solutions extensively in application domain. Impart hardware architecture training to software engineers. Plan and establish model labs with all the required test facilities to be used across all projects in PIC CL.
