New Businesses: PLDS (Philips LiteOn Digital Solutions) team was formed under the New Business Umbrella from February 2007. The team was formed primarily to support the Software Development Team in Wetzlar (Germany) in their In-Car-Entertainment, CD and DVD Products. The team started with offering PR, CR Solutions and Testing Services and in the last one year has moved up to the level of contributing towards prototyping on new Product ideas. The team was rewarded by the customer in February 2008 for their excellent support on the ongoing projects and their initiatives for the new range of products. |
