HDMI ATC
Philips HDMI Authorized Testing Centre (ATC), located in Bangalore is dedicated Lab to testing HDMI Compliance and offers manufacturers a convenient ATC testing services. This dedicated laboratory carries out HDMI compliance testing according to the specifications of HDMI Compliance Test Specification (CTS) 1.3b.
According to the High-Definition Media Interface (HDMI) Adopter's agreement, all products in order to claim HDMI specification conformance or carry the HDMI logo, trademarks must undergo compliance testing as per CTS and to ensure the interoperability between devices from different manufacturers.
Royal Philips Electronics, being one of the founder member of HDMI, is authorized to carry out the compliance testing and enable the adopter in getting the HDMI certificate to use the HDMI Logo on a product or its literature.
The HDMI CTS 1.3b defines four device categories for testing,
• Source Device
(Chapter 7):
DVD Players, STBs etc
• Sink Devices
(Chapter 8):
TVs, Projectors etc
• Repeater Devices

Test results are reported to both HDMI, LLC and to Adopter in order to submit the report to the HDMI Licensing LLC.
In addition to HDMI ATC, we are listed as HDCP ATC and offer HDCP Compliance testing as per CTS1.1 enabling the HDCP Adopters to approach the DCP, LLC with compliance test results. To complement HDMI and HDCP ATC compliance testing, we also offer CEC tests and HDMI interoperability tests. Our Consumer Electronics Control (CEC) tests and Interoperability tests associated with HDMI offers manufacturers exclusive set of tools and services for deploying CEC enabled products with high reliability where DUT will be tested against various brands of devices.
